Draft — not legally reviewed. This is not a privacy policy. A reviewed policy, company details and a contact address will be published before launch.
What the prototype stores
- TV box: a random device ID, a hashed device credential, a TV name and the time it last checked in.
- Each paired phone: a random ID, a hashed credential, an optional label like “Sarah's phone”, its role, and when it was last used.
- Sent videos: the YouTube video ID, who sent it, and its delivery status.
- Abuse protection: short-lived request counters, deleted after a day.
What it never collects
No names of the person watching, no health information, no YouTube passwords, no photos or videos (that feature isn't available), no voice recordings. Pairing and remote pages load no analytics or third-party scripts.
Removing access
Any phone can “Forget this phone”. The first paired phone (family admin) can remove other phones. Full deletion on request will be available through the support contact at launch.
